Airline rules, fare classes, fees, and schedule adjustments can be difficult to compare. We operate strictly independently, without undisclosed carrier commissions or promotional quotas, so our explanations stay focused on what the tariffs actually say.
We explain each step of an inquiry, change, or cancellation as clearly as we can. The airline's rules and final decisions always remain with the airline.
